Corporate Governance

Heath Incorporated strongly believes in the importance of Corporate Governance. We set great store by a good balance between the interests of the different stakeholders. Good entrepreneurship, including integrity and transparency of decision-making by the Managing Board as well as proper supervision of this management are the starting points for Heath Incorporated's Corporate Governance policy. The Company also wishes to pay due consideration to the interests of the community. The Corporate Governance policy of Heath Incorporated has been approved by the General Meeting of shareholders in its meeting of April 17th 2009.

The History of Heath Incorporated

Heath Incorporated as founded by Chris Heath March 5th 1996 in Goodhue, Minnesota. The company was founded because Chris said that technology was going to be more prevalent in the day to day lives of people. As the years progressed and technology has become more and more relevant to the day to day lives of families and businesses, he continued to provide quality and friendly service to businesses and residential customers in Goodhue County, MN

On August of 2001 Heath Incorporated started providing technology services to commercial customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Our first customer in Dallas was a large mortgage company that needed technology services on a daily basis. We provided a part time technician on-site per our agreement. As Heath Incorporated continued to expand and grow; on March 13th 2009 Heath Incorporated was registered with the State of Minnesota as a Corporation. and Chris Heath was appointed the Chairman and CEO at the first annual Board of Directors meeting. When the corporation was formed, Gladys Savage, John Savage, Susan Beeston, Jon Heath, and Eugene Heath were appointed on the Board of Directors.

Heath Incorporated is a privately held and family owned corporation with a team of six. We are located in Red Wing, MN and provide IT services. We are a different kind of company doing business in a new way. We do not have a location for our customers to visit. We keep a low overhead to ensure we can offer competitive pricing. Our technicians are dispatched from different locations to ensure our customers are provided immediate service.
